Statement of Confidentiality

Our company will safeguard the confidentiality of all client information, including client records, unless disclosure is required by law or court order. Any situation which requires the revelation .

Policy brief & purpose

We designed our company confidentiality policy to explain how we expect our employees to treat confidential information. Employees will unavoidably receive and handle personal and private information about clients, partners and our company. We want to make sure that this information is well-protected.

We must protect this information for two reasons. It may:

  • Be legally binding (e.g. sensitive customer data.) confidential information should be clearly delineated in records.
  • Be legally binding (e.g. sensitive customer data.)
  • Constitute the backbone of our business, giving us a competitive advantage (e.g. business processes.)
  • Scope

This policy affects all employees, including board members, investors, contractors and volunteers, who may have access to confidential information.

Policy elements

Confidential and proprietary information is secret, valuable, expensive and/or easily replicated. Common examples of confidential information are:

  • Unpublished financial information
  • Data of Customers/Partners/Vendors
  • Patents, formulas or new technologies
  • Customer lists (existing and prospective)
  • Data entrusted to our company by external parties
  • Pricing/marketing and other undisclosed strategies
  • Documents and processes explicitly marked as confidential
  • Unpublished goals, forecasts and initiatives marked as confidential

UNIQUE Cleaning INC, is licensed, insured and bonded and has specialized in providing quality professional, we guarantee consistent quality cleaning services. We employ reliable, trustworthy cleaning people that are motivated by company incentives and rewards. The same dedicated crew will clean your home on each visit.

Our goal is to exceed your expectations for professional cleaning services in Huntley, Algonquin, Crystal Lake Cary, Schaumburg and surrounding areas. We inspect our work before leaving the premises. If you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue as soon as possible. Requests received by our office more than 24 hours after the service was provided will be incorporated into your next scheduled cleaning.

Schedule Changes or Cancellations: Please notify us as soon as possible with any changes or cancellations. We always try to accommodate your schedule.

Payment: Unless you are invoiced monthly, full payment is required upon completion of the cleaning service. You may pay by Venmo Paypal, credit card , Check (made payable to Unique Cleaning Inc), or call our office to pay by credit card. No credit card information is stored electronically. Outstanding balances must be paid prior to the next cleaning. Returned checks are subject to a $25 reprocessing fee.

The cleaning crew will immediately notify the client or our office of any accidental damage that occurs during any job.

A fee equal to one year’s cleaning service will be charged to any client who hires an employee of Unique Cleaning Inc or hires a former employee of Unique Cleaning Inc. within one (1) year following the employee’s last day as an employee of Unique Cleaning Inc.

Cancellations

We understand there may be times when you have a change of plans. We need 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, a $40 cancelation fee will be charged to your account. If you cancel at the time of arrival, a $50 fee will be charged to your account.

Please understand that unlike other industries such as retail, hair dressers, etc. we in the cleaning industry do not have the luxury of walk in customers to supplement our schedules when a client cancels without notice. When we schedule your cleaning job we reserve that space/ time for you and you alone. Our staff depends upon your job being there in order for them to make their salary. Cancellations cost them dearly and we find that if they lose out too often they quit. YOU are vital in helping us to retain our excellent cleaning staff. We understand that you do not want to see different faces each and every time we clean and we don’t want to have a continual revolving door of new hires either.

Your Home

If you are not going to be home, Unique Cleaning needs to be provided with a way to enter your home. If we arrive to clean and there is no way to enter, a lock out fee of $50 will be charged to your account.
